Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

During collection launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended slightly. Customers will be notified of any major delays.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping: delivery estimates provided at checkout

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Free Shipping

Free US shipping is available on qualifying orders over $75.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on location. Delivery times and customs fees vary by country.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Catchi is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
