Refund policy

At Catchi, each piece is thoughtfully created with comfort and care for Sphynx cats and other sensitive-skinned pets. Because many items are handmade or produced in limited quantities, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original condition.

To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to accommodate an exchange based on availability.

Because many collections are limited edition, exchanges are not guaranteed.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or made-to-order pieces
Sale items
Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
