Return & Exchange Policy

At Catchi, each piece is thoughtfully created with comfort, quality, and care in mind. Because many of our products are handmade or produced in limited quantities, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original condition.

To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll do our best to accommodate an exchange based on product availability.

Because many of our collections are produced in limited quantities, exchanges are not guaranteed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Worn or washed items
Custom or made-to-order pieces
Sale items
Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
